Assign it to a Model and she gets her own copy with its own ID. You edit that copy by hand; the base hook never changes, and her editor only ever sees her copy.

The patchwork around production: the sheet of hooks, the folder of references, the chat thread of revision notes, the PDF brief and the message asking where v2 went. In KALLANDRA hooks, directions, raw clips, edited versions and approvals live in one place, each with its status.

Add a short-form reference video. KALLANDRA reads the on-screen hook text across the whole video and saves it as the base hook. Assign it to one or more Models and each gets her own copy with its own ID, which you edit by hand. The base hook stays unchanged, and editors only see the Model’s copy.

Creative Directors first — and the creators, agencies and content teams working around them. If you direct short-form content made by models and edited by editors, it’s built around your day.

Editors submit an edited reel. You approve it, or ask for a redo with feedback — the feedback goes back to the editor with the reel, and the next version lands back in your queue. Raw clips from models have their own Approve / Redo step, separate from edited reels.

Yes. Directions show what is still to do, models’ cards show new raw videos you haven’t reviewed, and editors’ cards show reels in review — so you see exactly where your attention is needed.
